Last we left our friends
All the Sailor Scouts, Chibi Scouts, Tuxedo Mask, and Chibi Tuxedo Mask go to find Rini so Eric can apologize to her and tell her what really happened with Jerica. When they all get to the rose garden that Rini and Eric frequently visit they find Rinis communicator and her brooch on the ground by the fountain in the middle of the garden. When they try to find her the only person they find is Birtie. She has someone with her and that person is too familiar to Sailor Moon, Tuxedo Mask, and the other Sailor Scouts.
Mask: Wicked Lady!?
Jupiter: I thought you two healed her.
Sailor Moon falls to her knees and starts to cry.
Moon: No not againwhy herwhy not someone else?
WLady: What should I do with them Birtie?
CVenus: What did you do with Rini?
CJupiter: Let her go now!
CMercury: Guys, I think that is Rini.
CScouts: WHAT?!
CMask: Rini, come back to me!
WLady: Why so you can betray me again? You will pay for the pain youve caused me!
CMask: No Rini! Wait!
Wicked Lady sends out a beam of dark energy straight at the Chibi Scouts. They just barely dodge it.
Jupiter: Sailor Moon! Why dont you try to heal her with the Silver Crystal.
Mercury: Right now we al need to get out of her and formulate a plan and come back later.
Mask: Shes right lets go.
They all narrowly escape the beams of Nega power that Wicked Lady is shooting all over the room.
Scene: Litas Apartment
Amanda: How could she do that to us?
Cassie: I thought we were her friends!
Kristi: She was after Eric too. I thought she loved him.
Lita: Cassie, Rini is not quite herself and its not her fault.
Cassie: Why, Mommy? First I lose you in the Future and then I lose my best friend in the Present! Why?
Cassie starts to ball her eyes out and Lita walks over and hugs her trying to comfort her.
Lita: Dont worry munchkin. Well get her back.
At this moment Serena sees Eric sitting over in the corner trying to hide the fact that he is crying very hard. Serena walks over to Darien and whispers in his ear.
Serena: Darien, I think that we owe someone an apology and I think that certain someone needs some comforting.
Darien looks over at Eric and notices him trying to hold back his crying so as to not let anyone else know how much hes hurting and it hurts Darien to see someone go through the same pain that he went through the numerous times that he had almost lost Serena and most intensely when he broke up with her that one time because of some dream. Darien walks over to Eric and puts a hand on his shoulder jumping Eric just a bit.
Darien: Can I have a talk with you in private?
Eric: YYes sir.
They both walk into Serena and Dariens room and Eric sits in a chair near the bed and Darien sits on the edge of the bed near the chair.
Darien: You may not believe this right now, but all of this is going to be okay. I know what youre going through.
Eric: Sir, no one can know what Im going through at this point. Ive lost my foster parents in one of the blasts when we found Kristi and just now found out and Ive lost my one true love. No on knows what Im going through.
Darien winced at the thought of lost parents. He had little memory of his own parents and the few he had were happy and then some of the crash. He knew all to well what Eric was going through, but decided to keep the subject to Rini for the time being.
Darien: Eric, this has happened before.
Eric: Huh?
Darien: When the Dark Moon tried to take over the Earth they brain washed Rini and turned her into Wicked Lady and against us.
Eric: How did you heal her before?
Darien: The last time the Silver Crystal and the power of the memories of our life with her brought her back as well as the love for her that we all shared.
Eric: How can we bring her back this time? Will it work the same way this time?
Darien: I dont know. It depends on what they brainwashed her to think.
Eric: Thank you for helping me sort my feelings sir.
Darien: Youre welcome and dont call me sir. Darien will be enough.
Eric beamed half a smile at Darien as another thanks. They both walk back into the living room and Eric finally goes to sit with the group and Darien sits by Serena on their love seat. They had walked into the middle of a very heated discussion.
Amanda: I dont care what she did to us! I want to go help her now.
Raye: If you rush out there to help her then the only thing that shell do is attack you and try to kill you like before.
Amy: If you go without a plan youll get hurt and I will not lose you in this life too.
Kristi: There is still love inside her and I know it. I can feel it when she looks at all of us, but then something clouds her love and she attacks us.
Mina: I felt it too, but I thought that I was imagining it.
Serena: We can meet tomorrow and think of a plan.
Everyone was shocked to hear her speak so regally and so forceful. She was showing just a bit more of the queen to come.
Lita: I agree with Serena.
Darien walked over to Amy and whispered something just as everyone was leaving. Amy walked over to Eric and hugged him.
Amy: Eric, Darien told me and you can stay with me and Amanda.
Eric: I dont want to be a bother.
Amy: I have plenty of room in my new apartment. The only people living there are me and Amanda so there is an extra bedroom.
Eric: As long as Im not imposing.
Amy: You could never impose! After all you will be my son in the future so I might as well acknowledge that fact and treat you like my son.
Eric: Thanks moI mean Amy.
Amy: If you like you can call me mom or something.
Eric beamed a slight smile at his future mother. They all left Litas apartment except for Lita and Cassie. We follow Darien and Serena home.
Scene: Serena and Dariens Apartment
Serena is sitting on the bed waiting for Darien to come back from dropping the baby of at Serenas parents house. Her mother had known about what happened to her as Sailor Moon for a while now and understood completely that Darien and Serena needed some time alone to try to find a way to Save Rini. Serena thinks of Rini and starts to cry. Its at this moment that Darien comes home and notices that Serena is not in the living room and he hears and sound by his feet. He looks down and sees that that sound was Luna and she looked worried.
Darien: Luna, wheres Serena?
Luna: Shes in your room crying her eyes out about Rini. Im afraid she thinks its her fault again. Im worried about her and Diana. Diana still doesnt know whats going on.
Darien: You might want to tell her before someone else does.
Luna: I know that your right, but its going to be hard on her. Diana and Rini have made quite a strong bond in such a short time.
Darien: Why dont you have Artemis and Jay come over to help you with her incase she needs to be comforting.
Luna: I think Ill do that right now.
Luna leaves the apartment to go and get Artemis and Jay. Darien walks into the bedroom and finds Serena sitting on her side of the bed and balling her eyes out.
Darien: Serena.
Serena turns and sees Darien. He sees a flash of joy appear in her eyes and then they turn worried and sad again as she vaults herself into his arms desperately needing the comfort of his embrace.
Serena: Oh, Darien. Why did it have to be her again? Why?
Darien: I dont know, Serena.
They just sat there on the bed with him holding her until she fell asleep in his arms. Darien lay awake with Serena in his arms thinking of ways to heal Rini.
Darien: (thinking) Last time when they turned her into Wicked Lady she went mainly after me and Serena because she thought that we didnt love her, but this time she went after Eric and the other Chibi Scouts. She kept saying that they would pay for her pain. I wonder what she meant.
Just then in the living room Luna returns with Artemis and Jay.
Luna: Remember be careful of what you say to her she is probably going to be upset and run to one of us for comfort.
Diana: Momma, why is Serena crying and where is Small Lady?
Luna, Artemis, and Jay look at her and then at each other and back at her again. Luna is the first one to speak.
Luna: Diana, sweetie, Rini isnt here?
Diana: Then where is she?
Luna: The enemies have her.
Diana: Then why dont the Scouts go save her?
Luna: Because shes been brainwashed and doesnt want to come home, but well heal her and get her back.
Diana: No! This cant be!
Diana starts to cry and runs to Jay. Luna and Artemis see the look of surprise on Jays face and leave to go to Minas. Jay takes a couple minutes to collect his thoughts.
Jay: (thinking) Why did she run to me? Does she know how I feel about her? Or maybe she has the same feelings?
Only after he had thought it out just a bit did he speak. He put a paw around her shoulder to try to let her know that he is there for her. She turns her head and looks him in the eyes. Her eyes are brimming with tears and as she looks at him he sees a different emotion in her eyes then any other time that he looked at her eyes.
Jay: We will get Small Lady back.
Diana: I know its just hard having her gone and there being nothing that I can do.
This comment got Jay thinking.
Jay: If you ever need someone to talk to then Ill be there for you.
Diana: Thank you Jay.
After she said this her eyes softened and she leaned over and licked his cheek and this left Jay with so much joy in his heart. He had never felt this kind of love before, but he knew it when he felt it and he knew that it had never been as strong as it was right now. He returned the lick on the cheek and was surprised when she turned her head and they ended up kissing on the lips and his tongue was in her mouth. She gladly accepted his tongue and put hers in his mouth. When the kiss broke he started to head for the open window to go home. Just as he hit the ground after climbing down the fire escape he heard her yell out the window.
Diana: I Love You Jay!
Those words felt like they completed his soul and he yelled back to her.
Jay: I Love You my precious Diana!
With that he went home to prepare for the Scout meeting the next day.
Scene: Amys Apartment
Amy, Amanda, and Amy walk into the apartment and Amy shows Eric where his room is and where the bathroom and the kitchen is so he knows where they are. Eric takes the suitcase of stuff that he took from his old house and takes it to his new room. Amanda comes out of her room and walks over to Amy.
Amanda: Have you seen Jay?
Amy: No I thought that he was here.
Amanda: I went into my room to talk to him and he wasnt there.
Jay: Thats cause I just got home.
Both: AAAHHH!
Jay: What?
Both: Dont do that!
Jay: Sorry.
Amanda: Where did you go?
Jay: Luna came over to get my help.
Amy: Why did Luna need your help?
Jay: She had to tell Diana that Small Lady was taken and wanted all the cats there so she could have someone that she wanted to comfort her there.
Amanda: How did she take it?
Jay: Pretty bad, but when she said that there was nothing she could do she got me thinking.
Amy: What did she get you thinking about?
Jay: Well I figure since this has happened before
Amy: How do you know that?
Jay: Luna told me.
Amy: Oh.
She blushes at the obvious answer.
Jay: Anyway, since this happened before then what worked last time probably wont work this time and since King Sabor and his minions are much stronger than the Dark Moon, Rini will have to be healed another way and I think I know how.
Both: How?
Jay gets a sly smile on his face before he answers them.
Jay: You can find out at the Scout meeting tomorrow like everyone else.
Both: AAARRRGGG!!!
Jay just laughs and goes into Amandas room and lays down in his cat bed and goes to sleep. After that Amy and Amanda go to bed as well and anxiously await what Jay has to say.
Scene: Scout Meeting: Rayes House
Everyone but Eric, Amy, Amanda, and Jay are sitting in one of the temples rooms around a table discussing ways to get Rini back.
Lita: I think that Serena should just be able to use the Silver Crystal to restore her real memories again.
Darien: I dont know if that will work.
Jay: Hes right you know.
At that moment Jay and the others who werent there walk in to the room and sit down with the others.
Raye: Why wont the Silver Crystal work this time?
Jay: It worked last time because she was put against Serena, Darien, and the other scouts, but this time she is being made to fight the Chibi Scouts and Eric.
Mina: So.
Jay: So, this time we are going to have to use another method to get her back.
Darien: And just what would this method be?
Jay: We will use the Diana mind meld and then the Chibi Scouts will form a circle around Diana and Eric and focus their powers into the mind meld. Erics job is the most important of all.
Eric: Why is that?
Jay: Most of the healing will come form your love for Rini. You will have to find some way to make her remember that love.
Eric: Oh.
Amy: That sounds like a good plan to me.
Serena: Now all we have to do is find her and keep her in the same spot for more than a couple minutes.
Amanda: I think that I can handle that with my Chibi Ice Cage Freeze attack.
Lita: Then its a plan.
Darien: Amy?
Amy: Yes.
Darien: Think you could find some way to make Rini come to us?
Amy: Ill work on it.
Amy begins to tap away at her computer. Eric sits there trying to figure out a way to do his part of the plan. Suddenly he jumps up.
Eric: Ive got it!
Kristi: Got what?
Eric: A way to help Rini to remember.
Jay: And just what would that be?
Eric: Ill sing a song.
Cassie: What good will that do?
Amy: Judging by her reaction at the pageant I think hes right.
Jay: Now that that part is figured out, how are we going to get Rini to come to us?
Amy: Its rather simple we just transform and have the Chibi Scouts and Chibi Tuxedo Mask stand out in the open with Diana and she should come after them considering she was after them in the first place.
Raye: I think we got the point Amy.
Eric: I think weve all got it now lets go.
All: Right!
Serena: MOON CRYSTAL POWER!
Amy: MERCURY STAR POWER!
Amanda: CHIBI MERCURY POWER!
Raye: MARS STAR POWER!
Cassie: CHIBI JUPITER POWER!
Lita: JUPITER STAR POWER!
Mina: VENUS STAR POWER!
Kristi: CHIBI VENUS POWER!
While they are transforming Eric and Darien pull their roses and transform. When everyone is transformed they rush out of the apartment and of to the park.
CMask: (thinking) I will get you back Rini.
Scene: The Park
The Chibi Scouts and Diana as well as Chibi Tuxedo Mask have gone into a clearing and are getting into position as the rest of the Scouts and Tuxedo Mask as well as Luna and Artemis hide in the bushes. Ready to help if needed. Just as our friends in the clearing are in position the guest of honor arrives.
WLady: Are the pathetic Chibi Scouts trying to actually do something right?
CMercury: Yeah we are!
CJupiter: Were going to get our friend back.
CMask: Go Diana.
Diana: Right!
Diana deposits herself in front of Wicked Lady and Wicked Lady just looks at her very confused.
WLady: You expect a cat to beat me.
Diana: No, just to return you to normal. Look at me Rini and remember.
Just as Wicked Lady looks at Diana a beam of pale yellow light comes from Dianas crescent moon symbol and Rinis symbol appears on Wicked Ladys head.
Diana: Now Scouts!
CScouts: Right!
They form a circle around Diana and Chibi Tuxedo Mask.
CMercury: CHIBI MERCURY POWER!
CJupiter: CHIBI JUPITER POWER!
CVenus: CHIBI VENUS POWER!
They create a powerful beam that is added to Dianas and Chibi Tuxedo Mask takes this as his cue to start.
CMask: Rini, I know that youre in there and Im going to find you and make a promise to you.

During the song Rinis mind continually flash with memories and she starts to revert back to her old self. Just as the song finishes she completely reverts back to Rini and she passes out and is about to hit the ground when Chibi Tuxedo Mask Jumps under her and catches her falling form.
CMask: Gotcha!
Diana: Is she okay?
CMask: She should be fine now.
Just then Rini wakes up and looks at the ones that saved her.
CMask: Are you okay rabbit head?
Rini: Yeah Im sorry about what I did to you guys.
CMercury: Its fine.
CJupiter: How could we hold it against you?
CVenus: Youre our best friend. Well always forgive you.
Rini: Thanks guys.
Trio: Youre welcome.
Rini: Im especially sorry about what I did to you Eric.
CMask: Speaking of my alter ego Id better detransform.
They all detransform and take Rini back to Serena and Dariens apartment.
Scene: Serena and Dariens Apartment
Everyone but Eric has gone home and Darien and Serena have gone to bed and have put the baby to bed as well. Eric and Rini are standing on the balcony looking out over the city.
Rini: I can never say enough how sorry I am about what I did.
Eric: There is no need for apologies.
Rini: Yes, there is! It was awful of me to assume that you were with Jerica and running from that is what got me caught and how they turned me into Wicked Lady again.
Eric: Rabbit head, Rini, my love there is never going to be anyone besides you. You are my one and only, my other half, and I will always be by your side no matter what you do to me.
Rini: You just reminded me why I love you so much.
Eric: I think you need another reminder.
He leans over and kisses her. While they are kissing two people watch from inside the apartment.
Darien: They remind me of us.
Serena: Yeah, they have a love that will last all ages.
